Dr. Ronald Gibbons – VTTI, Paul Lutkevich, PE – Parsons Brinckerhoff and Don McLean – DMD and Associates Ltd have developed and co-presented full day roadway lighting design workshops throughout various regions of the United States. The workshops focus on key elements of the FHWA Lighting Handbook with additional focus on research, design and lighting technologies. The audience is lighting engineers, designers, operations and administrative personnel.
