This presentation was focused on tunnel lighting design and lighting controls in accordance with the requirements in IES RP-8-21. Included was a step-by-step review of lighting design, testing, and commissioning. Included were examples of past designs and lessons learned for existing and new tunnels. Also discussed was NFPA 502 requirements along with lighting requirements of under and overpasses.
