DMD have been retained to upgrade lighting and controls at the Sandman Centre in Kamloops (home of the WHL Kamloops Blazers) which seats approximately 5500 spectators. The lighting is being designed to WHL and NHL standards for TV broadcast. Lighting will feature DMX control which shall interface with other building lighting systems to optimize energy usage. Theatrical RGB event lighting will be provided to enhance the spectator experience. We are also undertaking energy studies at numerous ice rinks and a large gym/arena at various facilities in Kamloops.
