A natural part of our culture at DMD is Training & Development. As a DMD employee, we have the option to participate in different training opportunities such as conferences, seminars, webinars, mentorship groups and in-house training sessions.
We hold in-house “Lunch & Learn” training sessions that are open to all employees, no matter the job they hold at DMD. These training sessions range from a variety of different topics relating to soft skills or technical lessons. We are proud to have conducted over 25 sessions this year so far and have many more to look forward to before the year end!
